Significant prominent ears or other deformities of the ears are normally corrected within the public services in early age.  The framework of the ear consists of one single piece of cartilage with a complicated relief covered by skin. There are multifold different deformities of the cartilage giving the ears aberrant look. 

 No gymnastics, ointments or commercially available hormones or even massage can enlarge the breasts. "Sugar" implants ( Monobloc®) are preferred by the clinic because it is a biologic filler that degrades to sugar by the enzymes of the body. Saline and methylcellulose are totally harmless substances and in case of leakage they are totally absorbed.

As the ideals for size and shapes of the breasts vary in different cultures and with different fashion trends, it is impossible to decide how the breast should look like regarding size. A pleasing shape without significant sagging of the breast is mostly regarded as optimal. 

A foreheadlift is suitable to raise the eyebrows. Other local operations can of course also achieve this.
The surgery can be done either with endoscopic technique or with the traditional brow lift where an incision is done a few centimetres behind the hairline from ear to ear.
